  1. Attorney Review - Attorney review must be completed during a three-day period, excluding weekends and legal holidays, and begins when the contract is signed by all parties and delivered to you. (Important note: If no real estate broker is involved in the contract, there usually is no attorney review after signing and the contract review is complete upon signing by both parties). It is essential that you hire a lawyer to review the contract as early as possible within the three-day period. During the attorney review period, Todd B.
